Our program is committed to inclusivity and strives to accommodate diverse needs. However, it's important to note that our youth leaders may not have received specialized training for some needs. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the program start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee. Refunds for after the program starts will only be permitted with written medical proof and will be prorated.
